Terms and Conditions

  • Payment is due in full before delivery. Prices listed are subject to change.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or delay orders.
  • We cannot deliver on soft ground. A recovery fee will be assessed to the customer if it is determined that the delivery location is hazardous to our employees and/or equipment.
  • It is the customers responsibility to notify NFMC within 24 hours of scheduled delivery of any potential accessibility concerns. Customer is subject to the full delivery fee if NFMC is not notified within that 24 hour delivery window. 
  • Sale is considered final once product is delivered. 

Return and Refund Policy

North Florida Mulch & Compost (NFMC) strives for excellent customer service. If NFMC is unable to fulfill your order/delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the customer immediately to reschedule the delivery and/or refund the payment for services.
